Cons: Our room was not the best. Bed was old and the room furnishings were not in keeping with the rest of the place.
Pros: Very friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. Wine and cheese every evening.
Cons: The plumbing and footsteps of guests are loud.
Pros: Hosts were very amiable. Great breakfast.
Cons: Room not comfortable. Too small for even one person. AC did not work for me although host said it was working. I spent just one night but had no problem getting a refund for 2nd night.
Staff was super friendly/accommodating. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Pros: They treat their guests very well. Free refreshments/great breakfast. Rooms were very quaint/nice.
Cons: Because it was an older building, it did get a little bit hot. Our bed broke and they moved us to another room where AC was not working, but they moved us back to our original room after they fixed the bed that afternoon.

Pros: Our stay in Asheville was very pleasant. Room was comfortable and attractive. Loved the shower. Staff was polite and helpful. We had seen on the website that the pool would be closed for renovations, so were pleasantly surprised to find that renovations were complete and it was open. Pool, hot tub and firepit area were very nice.
Pros: Room was very nice. Staff maintains it's well. Staff was very nice and well dressed and spoken desk clerk. You could tell they cared about their job and guest.
Cons: Trash can was overflowing out front of lobby door. Hotel it self was very clean, parking lot too with that one exception.
Pros: Clean, quiet and convenient.
Cons: Breakfast was just okay, not good, just okay..

Pros: Room was fine for overnight stay as household was moved. Air was on and functioning versus other places leaving it off in empty rooms.

Cons: I paid for my vehicle to be parked on property until I returned from my short trip. Upon my return, I called the hotel for my pick up, I was told someone would be in the shuttle on the way to get me in minutes. Twenty minutes later, NO ONE has shown up. I WALKED FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL, not one time during my walk did I see a Clarion shuttle pass me. I walked into the lobby and asked them what was going on around there. I told them what happened and the response I got from the ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER was "You only called once?!" HUH??!!! Should I have to call more than once when they are all standing around doing nothing!!!?? NEVER AGAIN!!!
Cons: Rate for value of facility
Pros: Staff was awesome. Breakfast was decent. Beds was comfy and quiet
Cons: Everywhere had to walk up and down steps no elevators.
Very noisy . was woke up at 12am loudness in hallways . quality of hotel needs upgrade for the price.

Pros: Very quite and breakfast was really good and fresh. The ladies that worked the breakfast were very helpful and polite.
Cons: At check in when we arrived it took both clerks at the front desk 10 mins to acknowledge the line that was filling up. They both seemed occupied with one couple that was at the desk. They were a little slow as malasses in assisting. Almost like it was a bother that there were customers. My check in papers said the room would be ready at 2:00pm and the clerk didn't look at me stated my room wasn't ready check in is at 3. Meanwhile it was 2:52pm. Other than the first 20 mins. It was good for the price I payed

Pros: The pool was very nice and large enough to accommodate several people. The same is true of the hot tub area. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming.
Cons: We were there for a few nights and housekeeping never replenished coffee or shampoo/conditioner. Our rooms were not cleaned well at all. There was garbage in the vending area near the ice machine that remained there for days. The common areas are dark.
Pros: Except for one individual, the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly
Cons: Although we booked the room for 5 people, we were only left 3 towels both nights and had to request additional linens. The paint was chipped on our bathroom door, the cafe had no one there and the breakfast the second day was a disaster.
Pros: Pool and slide.
Cons: It was an older hotel but they were keeping it nice.
Cons: Arrived late, room had trash, bed not made completely. Went to eat, came back open frig,it was full of previous guest open beer and food and personal items. Bathroom not restock. Went to see mgner not on dude. Next morning said he refund money and handle
Cons: This is hardly a resort. It is a motel enclosed and feels like a fire code violation at the very least. Walking the halls to get to our room felt like an inferno. Cleaning lady walked in on us when we asked her to return later. Family swears bedbugs there
Cons: Dinner staff and room was dirty
Cons: Definitely not a 4star hotel. This is a motel converted to a hotel.
Pros: Family atmosphere
Pros: The free breakfast was pretty good. Most everything else was average. Nothing really stands out.
Cons: Extreme high heat in hallways due to A/C venting. Not sure why this is considered a 'resort'. More like a standard motel with a pool slide and 3 hot tubs. Were told the property was renovated in the past 2-3 years but it looked much older than that.
Pros: Staff was friendly.
Cons: No outside windows, room located on hallway. Mediocre 'free breakfast' at best. Rating was very misleading. If this was one of the higher rated motels, I'd hate to see a lesser rated one. Grossly overpriced.
Pros: Friendly staff and clean rooms
Cons: Double lock was missing from the door frame and there was not a Do Not Disturb sign available in the room - minor issues that did not affect the quality of the stay!
Pros: This is nothing close to a four star hotel! It felt more like a two star and didn't feel clean as well. Would not recommend staying here...we ended up not staying because it was so bad.
