I was able to upgrade my compact car to a Camaro Convertable for a small cost. It was an amazing experience! It drove smooth, great on gas and was very clean. I would rent a Camaro again. Pick up and drop off was simple and the customer service was top notch! I will definitely rent here again.Cons:

The service that I received during the pick up of the rental could not have been better. The assistant manager at this location went above and beyond and because of this our vacation was improved 10 fold. I could not be happier.Cons:
During the drop off I had to get a ride that was on a time table. The return took considerably longer than the pickup due to the staffing of the office. (Only one person working at the time) With that being said they did what they could and I left a happy customer. They will do whatever they can to earn your return business and I recommend them without hesitation.7.2 Good

The car I ended up with was a nice, clean, Chevy Cruze.Cons:
Upon arrival they harassed me because I had made the reservation that same day. According to Avis, if you do so, you must call the pick-up branch to confirm availability. Since i had not been made aware of that, i hadn't done such. So, they were out Economy vehicles, and they refused me any vehicle without a substantial upcharge.8.4 Very good
