They did not have the car I reserved when I checked in. My option was upgrade and 2x my cost or sit and wait for an unknown amount of time and hope the car I reserved comes in. So I upgraded, to a smaller car, paid more for one I didn't want, because I had to.Reviewed Oct 8 2024

You have a really bad representative at the counter. A woman did almost everything for me to not rent a car from Fox. She didn’t want to retrieve my reservation and didn’t want to accept my credit card, same one I used at the same counter before. Very bad customer service represented at Hollywood/Burbank airport counter Monday sept.23 9pm. This lady shouldn’t be working with your clients at the counter.Reviewed Sep 24 2024
