I tried calling several times to find the location to pick up rhe car, no body answered and I had to rent with another company

Awful experience with pick up and drop off. The car was fine, but they were very difficult to deal with.

When I went to the counter and the Terminal, there was no one after 30 minute waiting somebody told me you need to go to the pick up area. They will serve you from there when I went there. They told me I need international driver license. Also I have Canadian driver license in English, which is due the purpose, but he insist for the international driver license and he said if you want me to take this driver license without International, you need to pay different rate so I refuse I did not take the service
