Cons:I needed to cancel due to the corona virus, and there was no way to do so. Just flushed over $400 dollars down the toilet.

Cons:The tire had a leak and it became very clear. I had to stop many times and put air in. When I mentioned to the attendant she did not offer any reimbursement.

Cons:Rented a car through 3rd party and reserved an intermediate suv, kia sportage. Showed up at fox, and was told that I reserved a compact suv, jeep compass and it would cost me more to upgrade to what I originally booked

Cons:The attendant didn't look over the car or give me any summary of charges. She said they'd be emailed to me, but they never were. I worried that something could happen to the car and I'd be held liable with no proof that it happened after I dropped it off b/c there was no checkout process. And the attendant couldn't be bothered to do anything to assist me or easy my concerns.

Cons:There was a 25 minute line at first counter. After line, we walked to where we get the car. They said we'd have to wait 5-10 minutes. It turned out to be 20-30 minutes. They finally told me they didn't have a car available and then finally gave me the car that I saw returned 30 minutes prior.

Pros:The car was clean.
Cons:The car was in very poor physical and mechanical condition. There were scratches, dents, and a huge rust spot. Shortly after leaving the airport, the tire pressure light illuminated. It turned out that there was a slow leak in one of the rear tires. In the future, I'll gladly pay a little more to rent from a competitor that is more committed to fleet maintenance.
