7.6 Good
Pros:The price cannot be beat
Cons:The check-in employees would not honor my original price because I arrived more than three hours after my original reservation due to my plane being delayed. Apparently there is a fox rental rule that your reservation is canceled if you were more than three hours from your scheduled pick up time.My car was also dirty and they did rewash it for me before I left the lot.

3.6 Poor
Pros:Friendly staff and super easy drop off.
Cons:Pickup from the airport took 30 minutes to get on a bus to take us off site. Pick up of the vehicle at the off-site location took over an hour and it was dirty, not filled with gas and had almost no windshield washer fluid (key in Utah). Staff tried to upsell/scare the into getting an all wheel drive car, but ended up not having any on hand except for a suburban. Rental was supposed to be a jeep but ended up with a crappy Mitsubishi that was absolutely terrible in the snow (got stuck 3 times).

Cons:Pickup - the shuttle to the rental location was painful but the 1 1/2 hour line to get the vehicle was unbearable otherwise everything else OK.

2.4 Poor
Pros:Staff was friendly, but not very helpful. Asked questions with no direct answers. Staff took too long and did not have the vehicle we ordered
Cons:More friendly and helpful staff, that knows what they are providing. Have the automobile you reserved, and not try to change the order or up charge your reserved request.

Pros:The price. It was half what the big chains were charging.
Cons:The front desk staff was super unfriendly. She clearly hates her job. And no wonder, the building is really sketchy inside and out. Poor lighting, dirty, smells weird, etc. This place gave me the creeps. They charged me a $1000 deposit..... I’m from Utah originally so I have a UT drivers license. They require massive deposits from ‘local’ renters. You have to show a return ticket to somewhere else to avoid it. I had the ticket since I live in DC, but they still made me pay the deposit bc of my UT DL. The car was super scratched up, fluids weren’t full, miles didn’t match what they listed (off by 1k miles...), and interior was cleaned but not clean; meaning you could tell they wiped it down but did a poor job. The shuttle from the airport never came. I waited for an hour. Eventually I, and all the others waiting, just got ubers to the rental place. I asked about the shuttle and the angry front desk troll just said he must’ve been on break. It’s supposed to run every 30 mins on the hr/half hour. It didn’t. And they don’t say that anywhere on their really bad website. If you call the local number for the branch, the wait time is over an hour and clearly doesn’t go to that actual branch. Very unhelpful. Finally, there was no spare tire in the car!! I realized it about half way into my rental when I was going to be without signal for a while and wanted to make sure I had a spare. Wth?? Might have been worth spending 2x at one of the legit rental places. This worked out for me this time, but I would put the chances at about 50% that something would go horribly wrong. Not worth the stress.

Pros:The drop off was easy other than that it sucked.
Cons:First, the pick up was a mess, someone put paint on their hands and then put them all over the inside and outside of the car they tried giving me, I only discovered this after walking around the parking lot for quite some time in 100+ degree heat trying to find the stupid car. The second car was acceptable, but I had to walk all over trying to find it and when I found the one I thought I was supposed to get it was parked against the fence so I couldn't get in and whoever parked it ran it into the car in front of it. I couldn't get in so I had to wait in line again to have the lady behind the desk get it out, turns out the license plate was off by one number so she brought the right one up. The panic alarms are disconnected so you can't find your car by pushing that button. After I returned the car I started getting lots of extra charges on my credit card. Total they over charged was almost $400. Calling the billing department is a joke because you have to block out several hours of your day to wait on hold before you actually get to talk to someone, so the 5 minute drop off turned into a multi day several hour long effort to get my money back. The lady was OK to talk to and eventually fixed the billing but it never should have happened and how they got it in their system that I dropped the car off in LA is beyond me.

Pros:I selected a midnight pick up time only to find out there car rental office closes at midnight. I never received a warning, notice or other to let me know I wouldn’t be able to pick up the car at midnight. Needless to say, I was carless at midnight upon arrival.
Cons:The online booking form needs to notify people when office hours are and not allow people to book for times when the office is closed.

Cons:The car I rented had over 65k, and pretty old. Not even equipped with rear view camera.

10.0 Wonderful
Cons:We did not know it was offsite the airport. That came as a surprise.
A
2.0 Poor
Cons:The SUV was in bad condition and was dirty. The car shook at 70 MPH (speed limit is 80 on Utah's highways)
