Cons:I have been trying to reschedule this due the WORLDWIDE pandemic. They won’t even respond at this point to me. I will never use FOX again.

Cons:No SUV was available, was downgraded to a Toyota Corolla, a compact sedan which was much more uncomfortable for four people.

Cons:I returned the car 1 day early. They penalized and imposed additional charges.

Cons:Reserved a Full Size Car and got a Hyundai Elantra. Car was older with high miles for a rental and the upholstery was very stained. Service wasn't very friendly and they gave us misinformation about a spouse being able to drive the car. Overall an unpleasant experience.

Pros:Nothing. A terrible experience.
Cons:The car had dents snd scratches and smelled heavily of pot. We stuck Clorox wipes in the vents and rode with the back windows open to help with the smell. The gas gauge didn’t work right leading them to charge for gas although I had filled up right before returning the car. And to top it off they charged me over $40 for bringing the car back 3 hours early. That’s right, I brought it back early and not late and got charged. I predict a lot of time on the phone with their customer service people because their counter person was awful
