Worst car in the category
Pros: Didn't like anything.
Cons: Was disappointed with the car that was offered. Booked a 7 seater and 3 bags. Barely fit one bag after the back seats were up. Got a Dodge Journey that smelled like an ashtray on wheels. Won't be booking with Fox.

Pros: The car was in good condition, and the personnel at the lot were efficient and helpful. The value for money was good. Return was efficient as well.
Cons: the hassle and attempts to charge me for an upgrade at the counter when the vehicle I had 'reserved' wasn't available. I ended up opting for a lower class of car at the full size rate. The hard sell on the gas used dishonest information. I left feeling disgusted with the counter agent. I will not be renting from Fox in Burbank in the future.

Pros: car got me where I needed to go, full tank.
Cons: driver side door handle did not unlock, lock with key, had to lock/unlock vehicle on passenger side. quite a few dings in car, I was concerned they would charge me for one of them as the marking on the pre rental inspection was not very precise, but it was not a problem

WORST CAR EVER!!!!!
Cons: The car was not clean. It was dirty with Ketchup stains in the center console. The interior had a strong cigarette smell. I will NEVER rent from FOX again!!!!!

Car was dirty and the brakes were not working properly
Pros: Car was roomy and ran well
Cons: The title luxury was a bit of a stretch. Back up camera didn't work the interior was dirty and a little beat up. The brakes on the vehicle were not working properly and trying to get a hold of someone to address these issues were impossible

No cruise control
Cons: We had to wait a very long time because just ONE person went to check on cars as well as mind the booth. The car didn't have cruise control! We've never had that happen with other rental companies.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
Pros: I liked the car, that was about it! We waited for shuttle from the airport for about 35 minutes, then additional 45 minutes at the car rental, we were quoted 379 for 11 days, and when I tried to pay with my visa they told me they would charge me $400 deposit if not paid with a credit card, the total came to $917. I almost starting crying at the front desk, we were on a budget traveling with kids to Disneyland, and I felt like they were just taking advantage of us, they ended up taking $200 off the deposit, but we still ended up paying $717, I was asked if I wanted insurance and I declined, because my insurance covers car rentals, and when I looked at the recipe she ended up charging me for insurance! I will NEVER return to them, I have learned my lesson trying to save some money, I will go through Alamo, they don't charge a deposit!

Broken stuff and attitude about it
Cons: Air con broken, heat coming out not matter what. So rollin down the 405 for a few hours, windows down trying unsuccessfully to take a few conference calls - bummer - should have really been in those but would have been late for meeting if I pulled over. So I call FOX customer service as I'm driving to switch the car at a nearby spot, waited a half hour before hanging up once I arrived at my meeting. Return the car next day to same spot and the guy gives me heck because I could have or should have tried to trade the car or at least contact them (!) rather than ask for a refund. My company was paying for it bit it wasn't right so I tried to get a refund for my irritation and inconvenience. After dropping the car I went to service counter and after waiting in line 25 mins he gave me $23 off an $80+ bill. Poor product and very pppr customer service. I'll stick with Hertz, which had no availability that day - no wonder.

Booked car rental two weeks prior to have it myste
Cons: Booked a car at a fair rate through KAYAK for Fox Rent-A-Car two weeks prior to reservation date. Within three days of the reservation date Fox Rent-A-Car told me that they did not have any reservation on file and that I could rebook a reservation but at a higher rate. Somehow my confirmation email frm Kayak/Fox had vanished from my inbox as well. The only way I was able to check my sanity is because I kept a screenshot of the page after book. This did me no good as I was not able to get the car at the initial booking rate. Went with another company will not use Fox Rent-A-Car again and I am skeptical about using KAYAK for Rent-A-Car services also.

Cons: Reserved a Jeep. Showed up and they didn't have it, but offered to put me in the next higher class for more money also offered the next lower class but I had to complain before they would give it to me for the lower rate. Car was filthy, smelly, and generally ready for retirement.

Very bad service
Pros: it was nothing to like.
Cons: I will never ever go back to fox again. The worst experience I ever had.

Won't rent through Fox again at Burbank Airport
Pros: The car I received was fine, though it was missing a hubcap! Never had that happen before!
Cons: The wait time at the counter was sooooo slow. Then, when I brought the car back, same thing. I had to actually go find someone to check my car back in after a long wait with zero attention.

Understaffed, typical insurance upsell
Pros: Decent car, got the car I ordered, unlike the elderly couple that checked in next to me! The drop off went smoothly.
Cons: I had purchased insurance via Kayak through a third party. When I checked in the agent questioned the value of the insurance and wanted me to buy their insurance in addition, "just to make sure". When I went to the lot to pick up the car no one was available so I had to wait quite a while. While annoying for me, it was worse for the people that were dropping cars off and trying to catch a flight!

Pros: They were nice.
Cons: They didn't have the car I ordered, a van, so they put me in a smaller SUV. It all turned out okay, but, wasn't happy the size car I booked was not available.

Pros: Worst quality service, Dirty vehicle, when asked to have vehicle switched the rep was upset. He said for the cost of the rental we should be happy with any vehicle given. I will never rent from fox rental again, Ever.

Pros: Nice car and comfortable. Fox employees were okay not sure if they like their job. Maybe dealing with people all the time especially those that aren't happy, can make for a long day.
Cons: It didn't have a GPS so I had to use my phone and it didn't have a CD player.

Pros: Price for the week Car drop off
Cons: Car was not totally clean, as I have experience with other rentals. At the airport pick up level the Fox representative had most of the paperwork pre- filled out. Including the car pre inspection report. The report was inaccurately filled out and had missed multiple areas of previous damage. The agent did not appear to be happy that I had questioned her report, but did mark the other areas that I pointed out to her. During the week I located the damage report from the person who had rented this car just prior to me. On their damage report the area that I had questioned and wanted noted was marked. I felt that this was an attempt to take advantage of the next person renting this car, if they would have just accepted the damage report as is. I also have noticed that other rentals that I have been contracted with did not have the mileage that this car had. Over 38,000 miles

Pros: Only thing I could say is that they referred me over to budget rental and was able to keep my same rate
Cons: That they didn't have any cars. They said they overbooked.
