They had to move us to a larger vehicle to hold all of our stuff, they were very kind

Pick up and drop off took way too long. Their process was slow. Car only had a half a tank of gas when we picked it up; very annoying. We paid over $120 in mandatory insurance fees; that is a huge difference and should be noted.

So poor I didn’t rent from Fox. I out foxed them.

Had my reservation booked , traveled 18 hours went to the desk at the terminal and proceeded to get my rental and have to wait 2 1/2 hours before been seen to is unprofessional, otherwise all was good.

Good car, excellent value, pickup was good. The return shuttle to the airport required a 15-minute wait.

I arrived with my reservation and they didn’t have any cars. They told me I’d need to go somewhere else. Other rental companies were booked up because of a big F1 races and the few available cars at other rental companies were triple the price. I ended up without a car for a weekend with my elderly grandmother who is 96. It’s irresponsible to confirm a reservation is there isn’t a car available!

They require a $500 deposit which is insane and ridiculous. I had to cancel my entire trip because I didn't have the $500 deposit. I needed that $500 for my trip, I didn’t have that money to give to them so they can hold onto it for fun.

I was quoted a price online but when I paid it turned out to be double the price!

Our flight was delayed and Fox/expedia would not figure out a way to hold the car for us or contact the location directly. It took over an hour on the phone and in person to finally figure out a way to get in touch the branch and then it got solved.
