Cons:Finding the rental office and finding and negotiating the parking lot upon return was difficult. Signage and access need to be improved. Also interior of car could have been cleaner, especially the windshield.

Cons:I had originally reserved a Dodge Caravan (or similar) to move a friend and her belongings from Florida. When I arrived in Florida, I was told that because I was under the age of 25, I could not rent the van. I had previously rented the same type of van the week prior with a different company and my age had not been an issue. In addition, I had entered my age on the Budget website when reserving the van, and there was no warning or popup that said my age would be an issue when picking up the car. There were only three people at the service counter for both Budget and AVIS. The service people at the counter were unhelpful and said there was nothing they could do. The car that I was given was much smaller, and was slightly dirty with food crumbs under the seats.
