Pros:Staff at counter and at car pick up were friendly helpful and welcoming.

Pros:Got the subcompact car that I wanted.
Cons:Even though I explicitly stated that I didn't want any additional insurances (LDW/RSA), yet magically these appeared on the contract. I was super jetlagged that day, and I didn't quite take notice of what I was actually signing there. I was already back at home, filling out my travel expense statement, when I finally realized that I had actually been ripped off by ~ $200. Seems to be a general phenomenon with all those rental car companies: They either want to sell you a vehicle more expensive than the one you originally reserved - because the latter is supposedly not available at the moment - (So why the heck am I making a reservation anyway??) Or they try to sell you something that you explicitly refused by putting it on the contract whatsoever. In any case, here's my advice: READ YOUR CONTRACT CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING!!!

Pros:Quick, polite, professional specialist at drop off. Excellent service and communication.
Pros:Car was clean, and ready to go with little to no wait. The employees were friendly.
Cons:They moved their drop off location (it's not with all the other rental car drop off's even though their signs are still up) without notifying us. Also one of the tires had a slow leak the entire 6 days, and unbeknown to us rental cars are not required to provide a spare tire so that was a big hassle. If you go with a cut rate company, just know that you get what you pay for.

Cons:It took over a half hour for a shuttle to arrive at the airport pickup site.
Pros:I rented a mid-sized car but when I got to desk I knew it was going to be too small for my group. The front desk person help me find a bigger car at a very reasonable offer and everything was quick and to the point. I would rent again with this company any day.
Pros:Quick effective drop off!
Cons:Stood in line for about twenty minutes waiting for one attendant to help 15 people? After that then two employees came in to assist and the line sped up!
Pros:Upon returning car, we were a bit late for the airport and they went out of their way and arranged a shuttle to drop us off on time. Thanks to them we didn't miss our flight!
