Pros:The staff was friendly and the shuttle rides to and from the airport were great.
Cons:The customer service phone line could be MUCH better. Our flights changed without our consent due to COVID19, so we had to change our reservation days and times. IT WAS A HUGE PAIN to try to get in contact with someone at the Fort Meyers, FL location. KAYAK also couldn't help since it was through a third party. I got the run around from everyone, except Fort Meyers, FL because I could never get through. I literally tried for weeks. They also would not allow us to use our credits (from the date changes) towards an upgraded car. We wanted to upgrade after the Jeep we go was not in good quality. It was not very clean on the inside or outside, the A/C did not work properly, and the head unit would cut out/go black and reset randomly. All of these things were very frustrating, but especially frustrating as it was out honeymoon...

Cons:Check in and check was at ease. Didn’t like the fact that I felt like the vehicle wasn’t clean. It felt like the company just received the car and put it right back on the lot. I also wished there was a way to view my maps on he dash board instead of through my phone. I was able to play Spotify on the dash with my phone hooked up.

Pros:Friendly, Helpful, and thorough check in. Everything well explained. Vehicle ready upon arrival. Upon return, vehicle turn in was quick and simple, and airport shuttle was waiting to take us immediately.

Cons:Couldn’t find the shuttle when we landed - poor signage and info. Had to wait for a agent to get our car. Hard to see how to get out of parking lot at night.

Cons:The vehicle rental was intended for inTERstate travel. Fox does not allow their vehicles out of the state, and this policy is only written in small writing hidden somewhere in the user agreement, and KAYAK will not refund

Cons:Agent lied about gas being included in the price. Said to bring it back empty as a full tank is included in the price. They then charged me $3.99/gall for what I used. Really pathetic way to make money. I'm sure they are commissioned on it. Be Careful.

Pros:Staff was friendly but I had left a pair of designer sandals in the vehicle under the front seat and when I called lost and found they said nothing in the car....wrong! Very disappointed in the young man who checked my car back in at drop off.
Cons:Being honest about my personal belongings would be nice. I would have given them 5 stars all the way around but when you know you did something intentional for safety reasons, you remember where you left that item. Just want my sandals back!!!!
