Cons:I called the night before my pick up to tell them my flight wouldn't be landing until 10:30pm. They said they close at 11pm but would send out the last shuttle at 10:45pm. They suggested I call as soon as my plane landed. I did this at 10:30pm on the dot. No answer. I called and called and ran to the pick up area and was there by 10:40pm. Still no answer and no shuttle ever showed up. We had to Uber for $40. Called the next morning to see if we could pick up the car then, but they said our reservation was void after closing time the night before. I explained what happened and asked that they honor the reservation I had previously, but they said they could only make me a new reservation which would have cost $280. My previous reservation price was $69. We ended up walking into an Avis by our condo and got great service and a rental for $80. Payless is a terrible company with terrible customer service. I will NEVER rent from them again, and will make sure to let everyone I know about this experience.

Pros:When I arrived at Fort Myers Airport the Payless counter was closed I was not alerted to this and I was without a car Why was I not informed of the situation it was quite stressful for me
Cons:Original estimate was for $268. Final bill was 304. The extra amount was all hidden in taxes and extra charges. I did not use their insurance. I did not use their gas fill up. There should have been no reason why the estimate was that much lower than the actual price. The rental establishment was not at the airport. I waited 30 minutes for a shuttle van. They open at 7 a.m. . I could not drop the car off and get a shuttle ride at 6 a.m. .

Cons:Inside of car except windows was clean. Inside and outside of Windows were spotty and a film on them. Not a good combination for driving at dawn,dusk and night. This was overlooked by me because of your awesome price.
