Ines, Jul 2023 - Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center
We had a staycation reserving the Soundwave package with our stay and loved the hotel amenities and waterpark. We felt it was safe, clean and well worth its value.

Anonymous, Jul 2021 - The Inn at Opryland, A Gaylord Hotel
Cons (-) Didn't realize when booking the room that it would be located outside the main frame of the hotel. A lot of noise all night from Hwy, cars, and people.

Anonymous, Sep 2019 - The Inn at Opryland, A Gaylord Hotel
Pros (+) Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Very nice staff.
Cons (-) Bathrooms are pretty small. I wanted to use the room safe which had a default combo that is the room number. There should be a way to change the combo but there were no instructions and two staff members that I asked didn't know how to do it either. So the safe worked but with the combo being an obvious number, like the room number, it's not secure.

Matt, Jan 2019 - Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center
Cons (-) Elevators being down was a bit of a pain since the hotel layout is so long. Having just one bank down made the others very slow.

John, Jan 2019 - The Inn at Opryland, A Gaylord Hotel
Pros (+) Good hotel with good location near Opryland and airport. Lots of restaurants nearby also.
Cons (-) Most rooms have outside doors, but access is only through the lobby. Regardless, when the weather turned cold and windy, the room temp was not comfortable. inside rooms face a very very noisy open-space centrum.

Pros (+) The place was beautiful. The shower was the best part of our room.
Cons (-) Our sheets/comforter were dirty. Our room was on the ground level facing a parking lot, so what we paid for our room was not worth it at all. The toilet seat underneath was dirty also.

Kathleen, May 2018 - The Inn at Opryland, A Gaylord Hotel
Pros (+) Absolutely beautiful, self-contained hotel with lots of shopping and restaurants. A short walk or shuttle ride the the Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills.
Cons (-) Rooms that face the interior are extremely noisy at night. I was there a Friday and Saturday night were events were occurring each night and the noise level was terrible. It seems like a good idea to have a room with a balcony overlooking the beautiful interior but DON'T DO IT if you want to get any sleep.
