We chose this location because it was close to the airport. This hotel chain has a good reputation although this was a pretty dingy hotel, at best. Although it was non-smoking it smelled like an ashtray and I felt like I slept on the ground. The staff was kind. Not shooting the messenger, just thought someone else might want to know :-)

Super close to the airport and perfect for staying the night before an early flight. There is a shuttle to the airport and breakfast at 6 AM. The room was clean and modern. Would stay again.

Anthony, Jul 2021 - Country Inn & Suites Nashville Airport East
Pros (+) The staff was friendly and helpful. When our first room smelled like smoke, they were able to accommodate a room change. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are spacious.
Cons (-) We tried two rooms. The first smelled like smoke and musty, so we changed rooms. The second only smelled musty, and the room was a bit damp. Pros (+) The bed was very comfortable.
Cons (-) The night attendant was not very welcoming. Our room keys were not activated properly and after going back 3 separate times she changed the room. She was not very friendly nor very professional overall.

Pros (+) Breakfast is pretty good with a good choice of food.
Cons (-) I was given a full bed instead of queen, rude concierge didn't want to change, suggested to buy a new room with two queen beds. Spund proof is very poor, you will hear all your neighbors and the toilet flush. Mine were discussing what pizza to order till 1 am. Rooms seem to be updated, but in reality they just put another layer of paint and a cheap tiles. My room had no windows and I guess was use...
