My only thought was that paying an additional $35 to check in a couple of hours early is something I didn't care for. I had just driven 6 hours and wanted to get some work done before heading out, and that I was going to be checking out super early to get on the road again.

The Hyatt was a short walk to the downtown Broadway strip. The hotel was extremely clean and quiet away from the strip. The free breakfast was a little underwhelming but if you’re not happy with it there are other options close by. I would highly recommend the Hyatt for your stay.

Cons (-) Checkin person had repeated problems with creating room keys...took 10 minutes of fussing. Shower was ridiculous..shower head at a bad angle that couldn’t be changed and water pressure that would remove your scalp. Control handle on the shower placed so close to the shower door it was almost unusable. Room layout was so empty it reminded me of a “handicapped-accessible” room even tho it was not. S...

Pros (+) There were various options for breakfast and plenty of seating. My bed was comfortable and the staff gave me a room on the 1st floor so I could more easily take my dog outside. My room was super clean and the hotel itself seemed well taken care of.

Cons (-) I didn't see a safe in my room and I had read that safes were included in every room. I did have a handicapped room, since that's what all the rooms are on the 1st floor, so maybe the handicapped rooms don't have them. They advertise a "pet walk" area but I either missed it or it's no longer there. It wasn't a huge deal, there's still plenty of space to walk your dog(s) around. Lastly, I could not...

Cons (-) Paid for a king bed, received a double instead. Staff did not care, and was not helpful. Elevator was the slowest I've ever been on. Maintenance crew was working, loudly, very early in the morning. Very disrespectful. Will not stay there again.
