Pros: We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very innovative with electronic check-in and room controls. We loved the shower! The food was delicious and staff were friendly and courteous. We like how the various spaces for relaxing, reading, meeting, and computer use sort of `unfolded' as we explored the first two floors of the hotel.
Cons: Difficulty in dropping off bags - no apparent place to stop car for that purpose. Parking was a bit far but ok.

Pros: Staff were friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. Bedrooms were small but perfectly sized for our needs. Bed was very comfortable. In room technology was quirky and fun. Bar - cafe - canteen was modern and exciting, with a well curated bar selection and good food. Good views from 6th floor and up. Despite the bar being busy well into the night, we were not disturbed in our room by noise or light pollution.
Cons: There did not appear to be a gym or fitness area. This probably not a good hotel for families with young children.

Pros: the room was clean and fine for one person
Cons: Wakened at 4am by other guests on the 6th floor and had to call in a complaint. Didn't sleep again which wasn't ideal as I was down in Glasgow for a business meeting the whole of Monday and felt really tierd. Not impressed!

Cons: The leisure facilities could definitely use some renovations. The changing rooms, steam room, and general pool/leisure area were not very clean. Pros: The room was very comfortable and I liked that you didn’t have to wait to be seated at breakfast
Cons: There could have been brighter lights in the room, we found it a bit dim. Also I thought there would have been more vegetarian items in the hot breakfast section (mushrooms and tomatoes). Pros: The location is great - close to many things, easy walk to the airport bus.
Cons: Breakfast was mediocre at best. Toilet in the room dripped all night, which wasn't too much of a problem due to the constant road noise. Shower head could not be lifted high enough to be over my head due to a short hose and the pressure was highly variable. Pros: The location was good and the staff was friendly.
Cons: The room was not very clean; and most unfortunately it was mainly in the bathroom. The toilet had not been properly cleaned. Also the shower head needed tightening; when turned on - water spouted in nearly every direction making it impossible to not make a giant mess. The pillows were flat and the mattress was stiff. I'm not picky about these things as long as they are clean - which they appeared to be.

Cons: The hotel room was very outdated and could have been cleaner. The hotel is way over priced for what you actually get. It is also close to a bar that has very loud karaoke. The price of this hotel should have been at least half of what we paid.

Pros: Location is right on George Square and next door to Queen Street train station. Perfection! Nearly all local tours begin within a block away and the don't miss City Chambers is just across the square. City buses & cabs stop right in front. Staff is incredibly friendly ad helpful -- especially the Concierge.
Cons: It's a bit shabby because, sadly, part of it is soon to be demolished to allow for expansion of the train station. We were told a much smaller boutique hotel would emerge from what's left of the Millennium. That new hotel will of course inherit the location -- and with luck, the wonderful staff.

Pros: The rooms are clean and tidy, I can't complain about that.
Cons: The bathroom light in the shower is motion sensing, but it doesn't sense your motion in the shower. So the lights turn off on you about every 2 minutes and you have to get out in the dark and make motion. Not the safest. Also the shower drained poorly so it would overflow if I didn't shut off the water. I actually had to switch rooms when I first got there. The first room had mosquitoes, and smelled musty. Pros: Facilities were lovely and situated ideally for the Hydro.
Cons: There was an obvious staff shortage which led to poor service particularly for dinner, which we had booked on arrival, as advised. Also breakfast included in the price did not include cooked breakfast - very dissapointed.

Mediocre

Cons: Not as described on booking dot com, complimentary toiletries, actually means 'bar of soap' and included breakfast seems to mean it's near a McDonalds.

Pros: Staff was friendly and room was clean. Very close to amenities with easy connections to Glasgow and Airport. Short walk to everything you need. Very quiet and comfy bed.
Cons: Wifi in our room was poor; it only worked in a small portion of it, but we just moved the chair into the corner to access it.

Okay
4.0
Pros: The price was what we were looking for.
Cons: The rooms were extremely small, almost claustrophobic. You needed to pay for every single additional item that you wanted. Pay extra for the remote, WIFI, towels, and even for your room to be cleaned. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable and I was afraid to even sleep in it because of the just general uncleanliness I felt in the room. This room is only suitable for younger couples or singletons with minimal luggage/baggage.

Pros: Comfy bed, very quiet at night, 2min walking distance from Sauchiehall street, Buchanan street
Cons: Room facilities: bathroom inconvenient, no storage room

Pros: Simply furnished rooms, very comfortable bed and that’s good because that’s basically all there was in the room. But can’t be beaten on price.
Cons: Would have liked a bedside table.
