Water slides, hot springs, lazy river, kiddie slides, arcade, paw pass, magiquest & good snacks!! Long wait at reception!!
Staff was very friendly. There were a lot of things for young children to do. Water parks seemed clean- no floating band aids or litter. Our room was located right next to the elevators and we could here every time someone got on or off the elevator- not good when you have two young children. We requested a crib and were told there would be one in the room but there was not. Also, why do you have employees keeping the doors open to the water parks? It is warm inside the water parks but very cool in the hallways. This causes the warm air to rush out and cool air to come in and hit you, especially if you are playing on the edges of the water park. As we have two young children, we were always at the edge, otherwise it would be to deep for them. The cool air rushing in and hitting their wet skin made them quite cold and we were not able to spend as much time in the water parks as we would have liked to.
Upon check in we had dirty tissues on floor, pubic hair in tub, my jacuzzi tub didn't work. Several calls required to get sheets for the crib . management didnt charge for room service to make ip for it. Beds were extremely comfortable. House keeping needs to step it up...should be spotless for the money you're charged.
Nothing Beds were horrible , the alarm clock went off at midnight and we had no hot water and no bath tub
Facilities were modern and updated. Indoor pool and outdoor pool. The place looks like a castle. The carpet in our room needed to be vacuumed. The pools were both dirty, cloudy and had stuff floating in the outdoor pool. The cleaning staff didn't restock our towels and I had to request some from the front desk. We got they at 10:30pm.
The checkin & out was seemless & excellent since I was out at 0 dark thirty, Two things; there were only 2 creamers for the coffee pods. C'mon, only 2 creamers and one doesn't usually see this unitl it's time to make the coffee. the 2nd item was a notice that "maintenance" was going to be done on certain floors and guests could expect diminished services. Since I was on one of those floors I would have been terribly annoyed at loss of any services especially when paying for ALL services. Luckily I was out before "diminished services" such as low water pressure etc.. transpired.
Clean, comfortable, friendly and pet friendly. One of the best Hampton Inns we have stayed at
The breakfast was great The bed was comfortable The room was clean The staff were friendly N/A
Breakfast,Free Internet Access,Big room, very clean. Noisy in corner room first floor (Few meters from road junction).Poor TV programs assortment.
The location was great, not far from shopping. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The price was reasonable. No complaints, this is a great place to stay.
professional staff tending to needs of guests...plentiful breakfast and convientient location to highway
Loved the breakfast buffet. The heater in my room kept malfunctioning. The first nite the girl at the desk was in my room 3 times, trying to fix it. The next day a man came & fixed it.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the bedding is clean. Overall the room was very clean and the location was convenient for us. Our only complaint is that the room smelled very musty. We had the window open the entire time but unfortunately it only opens about 3 inches – wasn't enough to circulate out the odor. In all fairness we did not tell the staff at the hotel, nor did we give them a chance to fix this or change our room. We were so tired when we got in we didn't have the energy to make any changes. It's possible our room was the only one that was like this.
Staff is extremely friendly and hotel is very clean. Prices are really good. Really nice location with nice dining options. Beds are absolutely positively horrible. They are supposedly adjustable but it's the cheapest version of adjustability available. It really sucks because the hotel is really nice in every other aspect but when you can't sleep comfortably it kills all the other good feelings you have about the place. I think you should invest in a better adjustable bed or go to a regular mattress because what you have now is just horrible. I stayed for an overnight getaway with my wife for our anniversary and it makes it horrible when the most important thing is extremely uncomfortable.
The room was very clean and they wash ALL linens between guests. My husband had a good night's sleep but the mattress was so very hard that I could not stand it and sat in the chair all night. I did not sleep a wink.
The friendliness of ALL the staff. Everyone greeted us from the lowest worker to the highest. That was most notable. clean and well maintained hotel. Meals from the dining room was excellent, beautiful decor.l
Airport and mountain views!
Staff was professional and helpful. Only positive aspect of stay. Room was below average. Bathroom had loose, torn wallpaper, towel rack fell off. Heat did not regulate well. Either very hot or cold. Very noisy guests all night long. Will avoid Doubletree in future.
Most comfortable beds ever. Good bar area. Best place with the limited invatory in the area. Nothing was negitave.
The hotel is a nice hotel. It's clean and the service is good and very friendly. Over all I will come back. I substract one star because the breakfast is only available after 7:30 am and I think that's too late. The choice of the breakfast is quite small, that is the thing what the hotel can improve. The bar closed to early in the evening.
Room service was quick if you called early in the morning. Bed was uncomfortable.
Price was a little high
The front desk staff were all great and extremely helpful. When our planned über car was delayed they arranged a free hotel shuttle to and from our event. It worked out wonderfully.
Great breakfast buffet/friendly staff I asked a night front desk employee where the nearest pharmacy and/or grocery store might be and she said she didn't know. Seemed a little odd that she didn't know.
They were dirty and staff was rude. I cancelled my reservation bwhen we got there a little before check in an just looked around.
Staff and overall environment was excellent. Pool out of use for way too long. While using the facilities next door was a kind gesture, why should I travel to a different destination for amenities I paid for at that location. The prices should reflect the inconvenience. There is too much competition out there to let the little things be left unattended.
My wife and I spent our wedding night at Stonehenge in their premium suite, Venice, with a large Jacuzzi tub, fireplace, and spacious seating, in November 2013. We had a wonderful experience with Stonehedge, and superior service, and decided to return there this year for our one year anniversary. It was a quiet Thanksgiving night, but again the service was superb, the room in excellent condition, and this time we were able to better take advantage of the on-site facilities. At the pool, hot tub, and sauna complex at the spa, we were the only patrons, and enjoy the quiet swimming soak. The spa is small, with four rooms, but in the morning my wife had a Vino massage with their masseuse, who is extremely talented, and she had a great experience. At breakfast at the Left Bank restaurant, there were few groups at first the day after Thanksgiving, but arrived in numbers later on. We both had the three egg omelette with home fries and toast: it was delicious, with hearty thick cut applewood bacon, and filling for a high-class restaurant at a reasonable price. We left a good tip. It's definitely a place we would come back to you in the future should we be in the area or wish to reminisce. Just a few minor thing that could be improved: I had a music playlist prepared, but the music dock only excepted the old connectors for iPhones, not the newer. On the whole, as my wife and I discussed it, we found this to be an excellent place for an anniversary, luxurious, quaint, romantic. The king Jacuzzi rooms are extremely comfortable, with Sealy Posturepedic beds and comforters that make for an excellent nights rest. Tyngsboro Massachusetts is not a high octane destination, but for relaxation and a beautiful New England town, it is tops (after all, we were married here near the riverbank). All in all, the service of Stonehedge and staff was very high-quality, from servers to reception to spa stuff. All hoped to provide a good experience for us and their other customers. Thank you, Stonehedge for a memorable anniversary!
Hotel was in poor condition and was not clean. Room did not have a refrigerator in it. Unable to cancel related to the way we booked room. 4:50 am fire alarm we all had to leave the room. No refund or compensation made or offered (ie refund or breakfast)
The room was very damp even with the air on. there was a mysterious stain on the sheer curtains, and old cigar butts on the balcony. A wrapped gift left on the coffee table was tampered with while we were out. The breakfast buffet was awful.
The rooms need to be renovated, specifically the bathroom. The breakfast was good.
Very conveinient off the highway and plenty of parking. Very friendly and fast service at front desk. Just a few minutes from MHT and 45 from BOS airports with plenty of shuttles. Mall a couple minutes down the road and more than ten resaurants within a mile. Very clean rooms and the bed was fabulous!
The rooms are spacious and ideal for relaxation! All of the facilities were clean, and the furniture appeared to be brand new! The outdoor pool was fantastic -- clean and refreshing! Kilarney's Pub served both great food and drink. Room service was a plus, loved the omlets! The workers at the front desk were friendly and made it easy to check in and out. Without a doubt, the Holiday Inn in Nashua, NH was was one of my best hotel stays/experiences ever! It was conveniently located right off the highway (making it easy to get to) but far enough away from the main streets so that there was privacy, safety, and comfort!
The room was clean and comfortible and the food off the menu was good and the staff was helpful BUT I got into bed the 1st night I was there and my remote did not work the next morning I took the remote back and they changed the batteries and it still did not work so they fianally since for the maintenance man and when I came back it was working. The 2nd incident happened Saturday morning I was leving my hotel room when I almost tripped over a water bucket that was outside my door ,although I was not injured this indeed was a safety hazzard and Last;y do not order the food of the breakfast buffet it si not worth the price (* on Sunday) go next door to Mc Donald's
I read the other reviews and maybe I was lucky, but I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I tried to get room service but it was after 9pm, so went to the bar in the hotel. Excellent burger and a beer. No complaints and would stay there again.
everything was great from boking to checking in and checking out. We only stayed one night but we were pleased. The only complain was the A.C. unit it was very noisy, and the exaust fan in bathroom not strong enough. The complimentary pizza was great and they make a mean Long Islandicedtea. Next time we are in town we will stay here without a doubt. Also I forgot my shoes...... and they (management) was very prompt in mailng them back to me in a timely manner.I apreciated that very much..
This was my second stay at this hotel. I felt like they remembered me. There was a nice courtyard view, easy to use wireless internet and a decent bar/restaurant inside. I was able to get to the hotel, get some work done undisturbed and meet up with my colleagues in a relaxed setting each evening without driving.
Exercise equipment was old or didn't work, conference room was noisy and in a hard to find location.Room needed updating, limited cable selections... Overall it was a disappointing experience for the price
Great hotel, still seem to be working out new-hotel kinks. Staff friendly and helpful. 1. Breakfast was a bit dissapointing: limited choice and variety, running out of items. 2. Housekeeping staff was over-eager, wanting to enter room very early in AM, even around 8:30 on day of checkout.
All staff friendly/available always. Our room wasn't on the housekeeper list, but I asked her to take the towels an give us a few clean ones. She did the room anyway. Free dinner for husband was great as I was at a wake. Breasfast an greeters were awesome. No. Lovely place to stay.

I loved everything about it!!! The room was beyond what I was expecting. It was in a nice location and there was a great restaurant, right in across the way. I was very impressed!! Not one thing!
Spacious room; clean. Excellent breakfast. Nice pool/jacuzzi; Grounds were pretty-beautiful flowers.
Nice room. Fitness center was a little small and not much selection of equipment.
When I walked in I was greeted by a friendly staff member who informed me I was the guest of the day and gave me a gift bag. There were cookies and cider at the entrance. Also, a fantastic doo-wop group performed! I wasn't able to use the hot tub or pool because both seemed to be constantly occupied. I checked twice with no luck.
The room was excellent, The gym was a disappointment. Pool was crowded (weekend, school vacation)
Liked everything about this hotel. Hands down best bang for the buck. There was nothing I didn't like.
Nice stay. The fitness room is a little small and limited, but was ok.
