Pros: Great hotel, still seem to be working out new-hotel kinks. Staff friendly and helpful.
Cons: 1. Breakfast was a bit dissapointing: limited choice and variety, running out of items.
2. Housekeeping staff was over-eager, wanting to enter room very early in AM, even around 8:30 on day of checkout.

Pros: Staff is extremely friendly and hotel is very clean. Prices are really good. Really nice location with nice dining options.
Cons: Beds are absolutely positively horrible. They are supposedly adjustable but it's the cheapest version of adjustability available. It really sucks because the hotel is really nice in every other aspect but when you can't sleep comfortably it kills all the other good feelings you have about the place. I think you should invest in a better adjustable bed or go to a regular mattress because what you have now is just horrible. I stayed for an overnight getaway with my wife for our anniversary and it makes it horrible when the most important thing is extremely uncomfortable.
Pros: The friendliness of ALL the staff. Everyone greeted us from the lowest worker to the highest. That was most notable.
clean and well maintained hotel. Meals from the dining room was excellent, beautiful decor.l
Pros: The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the bedding is clean. Overall the room was very clean and the location was convenient for us.
Cons: Our only complaint is that the room smelled very musty. We had the window open the entire time but unfortunately it only opens about 3 inches – wasn't enough to circulate out the odor. In all fairness we did not tell the staff at the hotel, nor did we give them a chance to fix this or change our room. We were so tired when we got in we didn't have the energy to make any changes. It's possible our room was the only one that was like this.
Pros: The room was very clean and they wash ALL linens between guests.
Cons: My husband had a good night's sleep but the mattress was so very hard that I could not stand it and sat in the chair all night. I did not sleep a wink.

Pros: The front desk staff were all great and extremely helpful. When our planned über car was delayed they arranged a free hotel shuttle to and from our event. It worked out wonderfully.
Pros: Great breakfast buffet/friendly staff
Cons: I asked a night front desk employee where the nearest pharmacy and/or grocery store might be and she said she didn't know. Seemed a little odd that she didn't know.
Pros: Staff and overall environment was excellent.
Cons: Pool out of use for way too long. While using the facilities next door was a kind gesture, why should I travel to a different destination for amenities I paid for at that location. The prices should reflect the inconvenience. There is too much competition out there to let the little things be left unattended.
Cons: They were dirty and staff was rude. I cancelled my reservation bwhen we got there a little before check in an just looked around.
Cons: Price was a little high

Pros: Staff was professional and helpful. Only positive aspect of stay.
Cons: Room was below average. Bathroom had loose, torn wallpaper, towel rack fell off. Heat did not regulate well. Either very hot or cold. Very noisy guests all night long. Will avoid Doubletree in future.
Pros: Most comfortable beds ever. Good bar area. Best place with the limited invatory in the area.
Cons: Nothing was negitave.
Pros: Airport and mountain views!
Located near a train station, Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Leominster is a great choice for a stay in Leominster. Guests can take a dip in the indoor pool or grab a bite to eat at Nectar Restaurant, which serves breakfast and is one of 2 restaurants. A bar/lounge and a fitness center are other highlights, and rooms offer room service and free WiFi.
Pros: Water park was great for adults and children.
Great customer service.
Bracelets are the room key and charge card. Very cool.
Cons: Not enough places to eat. Lines were extremely long and service slow. Only one place to get coffee and the line went on forever! Bring a cooler with food, snacks and a keurig!
Rooms are dated, no hooks anywhere to hang wet bathing suits on!
Pros: Water slides, hot springs, lazy river, kiddie slides, arcade, paw pass, magiquest & good snacks!!
Cons: Long wait at reception!!
Pros: Staff was very friendly. There were a lot of things for young children to do. Water parks seemed clean- no floating band aids or litter.
Cons: Our room was located right next to the elevators and we could here every time someone got on or off the elevator- not good when you have two young children. We requested a crib and were told there would be one in the room but there was not. Also, why do you have employees keeping the doors open to the water parks? It is warm inside the water parks but very cool in the hallways. This causes the warm air to rush out and cool air to come in and hit you, especially if you are playing on the edges of the water park. As we have two young children, we were always at the edge, otherwise it would be to deep for them. The cool air rushing in and hitting their wet skin made them quite cold and we were not able to spend as much time in the water parks as we would have liked to.
Bring the family when you stay at Great Wolf Lodge New England in Fitchburg and have fun at the free water park. Guests can indulge in mani/pedis, and Lodge Wood Fired Grill, one of 6 restaurants, serves American cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Pros: The suite was well designed and very clean. Over all the hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. Felt comfortable being there.
Cons: The only thing I'd like to see is hand sanitizer near the breakfast area. After using the ladles to the eggs, breakfast meat and potatoes, I walked over to the front desk to use the hand sanitizer there.
Pros: Loved the breakfast buffet.
Cons: The heater in my room kept malfunctioning. The first nite the girl at the desk was in my room 3 times, trying to fix it. The next day a man
came & fixed it.
Pros: It was just what we wanted and expected.

Fantastic hotel! I really enjoyed my stay and the personal touches for guests. The staff was even nice enough to let my boyfriend and I take some breakfast to go a half hr before they opened because we were off to a marathon at 8 AM. It was an extremely convenient location and we were able to walk to a restaurant and grocery store which were 10 mins away.
Pros: When I walked in I was greeted by a friendly staff member who informed me I was the guest of the day and gave me a gift bag. There were cookies and cider at the entrance. Also, a fantastic doo-wop group performed!
Cons: I wasn't able to use the hot tub or pool because both seemed to be constantly occupied. I checked twice with no luck.
Pros: Liked everything about this hotel. Hands down best bang for the buck.
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like.
The check in and out was simple and easy. All the employees were helpful and nice. The room was amazing!!! It was very clean and comfy and very roomy. The breakfast was awesome and allot to choose from!! My husband and I loved it and if we are ever in that area again, we know where to stay! VERY IMPRESSED!!!! Plus, I got an amazing rate from Priceline!!! :)))
Pros: I loved everything about it!!! The room was beyond what I was expecting. It was in a nice location and there was a great restaurant, right in across the way. I was very impressed!!
Cons: Not one thing!
Excellent place to stay. Highly recommend it with 4 stars.
Pros: All staff friendly/available always. Our room wasn't on the housekeeper list, but I asked her to take the towels an give us a few clean ones. She did the room anyway. Free dinner for husband was great as I was at a wake. Breasfast an greeters were awesome.
Cons: No. Lovely place to stay.

Pros: My wife and I spent our wedding night at Stonehenge in their premium suite, Venice, with a large Jacuzzi tub, fireplace, and spacious seating, in November 2013. We had a wonderful experience with Stonehedge, and superior service, and decided to return there this year for our one year anniversary. It was a quiet Thanksgiving night, but again the service was superb, the room in excellent condition, and this time we were able to better take advantage of the on-site facilities. At the pool, hot tub, and sauna complex at the spa, we were the only patrons, and enjoy the quiet swimming soak. The spa is small, with four rooms, but in the morning my wife had a Vino massage with their masseuse, who is extremely talented, and she had a great experience. At breakfast at the Left Bank restaurant, there were few groups at first the day after Thanksgiving, but arrived in numbers later on. We both had the three egg omelette with home fries and toast: it was delicious, with hearty thick cut applewood bacon, and filling for a high-class restaurant at a reasonable price. We left a good tip. It's definitely a place we would come back to you in the future should we be in the area or wish to reminisce.
Cons: Just a few minor thing that could be improved: I had a music playlist prepared, but the music dock only excepted the old connectors for iPhones, not the newer.
On the whole, as my wife and I discussed it, we found this to be an excellent place for an anniversary, luxurious, quaint, romantic. The king Jacuzzi rooms are extremely comfortable, with Sealy Posturepedic beds and comforters that make for an excellent nights rest. Tyngsboro Massachusetts is not a high octane destination, but for relaxation and a beautiful New England town, it is tops (after all, we were married here near the riverbank). All in all, the service of Stonehedge and staff was very high-quality, from servers to reception to spa stuff. All hoped to provide a good experience for us and their other customers. Thank you, Stonehedge for a memorable anniversary!
Enjoy your visit to Tyngsboro with a stay at Stonehedge Hotel and Spa. Guests can visit the spa to indulge in deep-tissue massages, aromatherapy, or mani/pedis, and Left Bank Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There's an indoor pool and a bar/lounge, and rooms at this luxurious inn get the details right with iPod docks and bathrobes.
The Lodge at The International hosts 53 spacious, Inviting and peaceful rooms, amidst 700 acres of natural beauty. Enjoy the tranquility, clean air and nightly orchestra of sounds produced exclusively for you by Mother Nature.
Cons: Beds were horrible , the alarm clock went off at midnight and we had no hot water and no bath tub
Pros: Facilities were modern and updated. Indoor pool and outdoor pool. The place looks like a castle.
Cons: The carpet in our room needed to be vacuumed. The pools were both dirty, cloudy and had stuff floating in the outdoor pool. The cleaning staff didn't restock our towels and I had to request some from the front desk. We got they at 10:30pm.
Pros: Upon check in we had dirty tissues on floor, pubic hair in tub, my jacuzzi tub didn't work. Several calls required to get sheets for the crib . management didnt charge for room service to make ip for it. Beds were extremely comfortable.
Cons: House keeping needs to step it up...should be spotless for the money you're charged.
Pros: Looked great from the outside, like a huge castle.
Cons: Stayed for 3 nights & never got room service. Went to front desk on 2nd night to ask for towels since we had used all ours & they said that they didn't have any but would send some up which never happened. The next day they said that they were too busy to provide room service because the hotel was full & they were very busy.
Pros: The location is great.
Cons: The staff was slow to respond to requests. They mistakenly gave me the wrong room. Not a big deal. I called the front desk to ask about getting into the right room. It took over an hour to correct.
Pros: Check in was a breeze. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and the towels were very soft, not like most hotels.
Cons: Every time you took a shower the water would stop running two or three times and it took about a minute for the water to turn back on. On the first morning we called the front desk and they sent up a maintenance man extremely quick. He stated it was probably just air in the pipes, which was a valid explanation, except it happening everyday the four days we stayed there.

Cons: Toiletry debris from previous occupant was on the window sill upon arrival to the room.
Air conditioning did not work.
Wake-up call did not come through as requested.
Pros: Staff and the pool
Cons: Hotel is older - few quirks
Premier Full Service Hotel. 192 beautifully appointed room and suites. Two Restaurants that serve breakfast and dinner. 26,000 square feet of flexible banquet space. Health Club which offers an indoor salt water pool, whirlpool, sun deck, sauna and steam room.
Cons: Hotel was disgusting I booked 4 nights blindly and checked out after my first night. I would have rather slept in my car.
