Charles, Feb 2023 - Hampton Inn Baltimore-Downtown-Convention Center
I am not sure my wakeup call was scheduled for one of the days I asked for it. Every time that I spoke with a particular person behind the counter it felt like I was doing them a favor and/or that I was bothering them. The things I was asking for were clarification on the wifi as well as wakeup calls.

Good hotel in great location - very central to attractions, walkable with good restaurants nearby. - Hotel is clean though rooms are a little dated/worn. - Pet friendly and there is a terrace on 8th floor to walk your dog - Rooms had plenty of space. Double beds felt a little tight but were comfortable. Pillows could have been better. - Staff was excellent, especially the breakfast crew. Really ni...

Kevin, May 2021 - Hampton Inn Baltimore-Downtown-Convention Center
Pros (+) Conveniently close to Camden Yards Oriole Park. How close?…..right across the street close. Also next door to the ballpark bars. As for the facility itself, modern and sleek with free breakfast. Valet Parking is $40 for the stay but you’re paying for convenience so for me with a family of 4 and luggage had no choice.
Cons (-) They do have a pool but it’s currently close due to COVID so can’t really say how it was. Breakfast was like a standard hot plate similar to what you would get from the airlines if your were traveling long distance so nothing special. However if your hungry it will hold you down till lunch.

Audra, Dec 2020 - Hampton Inn & Suites Baltimore-Inner Harbor
Pros (+) Rooms were super clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and the location was fantastic.
Cons (-) Not really the hotels fault, but we smelled marijuana every time we got off of the elevator to get to our room. It was very strong and we were supposed to be on a 100% non smoking floor.

Pros (+) Location. Stayed here a couple of times before, but hotel is in serious need of renovation.
Cons (-) Got stuck on the 4th floor and that floor still has smoking rooms. Whole floor stunk of cigar and cigarette smoke. Due to the stench, didn’t sleep at all that night. I thought most Hamptons had gone 100% non-smoking, but this one was nasty. Didn’t have room to move me to another floor. Will never stay there again. I’m a consistent, Gold/Diamond status Hilton Honors member, so 30 nights a year is t...

Cons (-) There was a prostitute in the room next to ours. She had two clients during the night. We could hear everything they said and did all night long. The desk clerk and security knew about her and did nothing.

Pros (+) I don’t like my breakfast fruit covered with preservatives but the oatmeal and the other items were quite nice. The coffee is a little bit weak.
Cons (-) I don’t like my breakfast fruit covered with preservatives but the oatmeal and the other items were quite nice. The coffee is a little bit weak. Having Hilton honors membership did help me upgrade my room which they wouldn’t do it until I told him that I was a member so I was very relieved about that because the initial room they assigned me had no window of note. After that everything was quite n...

Renee, Nov 2017 - Hampton Inn & Suites Baltimore-Inner Harbor
Pros (+) Room was a suite so it was large and comfortable, Windows on two sides of the room. Bed was comfortable. Two types of pillows to choose from. Hotel breakfast was hot, pre-prepared food; pretty good selection. TV rotated to face bed or couch. Good sized closet with ample hangers. Safety bars in two locations on the tub. Sink with large mirror in the suite (wet bar) which gave another place to put o...
Cons (-) I called the hotel to make the reservation because we needed a walk-in shower. My husband had knee surgery and would have difficulty stepping over the edge of a tub. We were told this room would have a walk-in tub. It did not. We managed but I was disappointed because we paid more for this room to get that feature. Water in the tub was very hard to regulate...either blistering hot or ice cold. It ...
