Kelsey, May 2021 - Residence Inn by Marriott Baltimore Downtown/Inner Harbor
Pros (+) The room was large and very comfortable for the price. The location was within walking distance of any of the inner harbor attractions.
Cons (-) We were there for 4 nights and never had any turn down service. We ran out of towels and toilet paper and had to take our own trash out.

Denise, Jul 2020 - Residence Inn by Marriott Baltimore Downtown/Inner Harbor
Pros (+) Room was good size and clean and updated
Cons (-) Hotel valet staff were horrible - not wearing masks and taking about 30 minutes to get your vehicle. Did not see any rigorous cleaning of public areas or elevators despite Marriott touting their sanitizing procedures on their website. Location is close to Inner Harbor, but not a great area as far as vagrants and crime. Front desk staff who worked the night shift did not wear a mask either.
