I got a free upgrade to a nicer car and everyone was very nice that I interacted withCons:
The location that I selected for my rental car was closed. I received no notice of this. Only when I called to confirm my rental did they tell me to come to another location. I had to rearrange many plans to do so. This was a big error that would have been fixed either online or by letting me know beforehand.7.2 Good

The customer service at the Croton-on-Hudson location was excellent. The young man working there was extremely courteous and pleasant, and everything went quickly and smoothly.Cons:
I wasn't crazy about the Hyundai I was given. I find that that model doesn't have the best visibility so I wouldn't recommend it.8.0 Very good

Cons:
I was not aware that a debit card is not acceptable. I do not have a credit card. I was not able to get the car. I came with a paid taxi, waited 20 minutes in line only to walk out with empty hands. I missed a very important appointment out of this whole delay.10.0 Wonderful

It took thirty plus minutes to get vehicle ready and get me on my way. i realize that they need more help. Only 2 people working at the counter. Not good!7.6 Good

The rental was not clean inside. I brought this to the attention of the representative. She did some cleaning but it wasn't enough. Poor quality service. I cleaned the car before I used it on my trip. This was the job of Avis.Budget
