Pros:

I got a free upgrade to a nicer car and everyone was very nice that I interacted with

Cons:

The location that I selected for my rental car was closed. I received no notice of this. Only when I called to confirm my rental did they tell me to come to another location. I had to rearrange many plans to do so. This was a big error that would have been fixed either online or by letting me know beforehand.

Received clean car, exactly what I booked. Pick-up and drop-off was quick and easy.

Cons:

I was not aware that a debit card is not acceptable. I do not have a credit card. I was not able to get the car. I came with a paid taxi, waited 20 minutes in line only to walk out with empty hands. I missed a very important appointment out of this whole delay.
