Hertz counter at SRQ closes at midnight. We missed a flight connection and were put on the very last plane to SRQ that arrived at 12:10 AM. Hertz had somebody hang around until all the customers on that plane who had reservations were taken care of.Reviewed Nov 18 2022

Pros:Staff was friendly.Cons:Didn’t get the class of car I reserved. The car was dirty and didn’t run that well. Most importantly, the car didn’t seem to be disinfected, and during this pandemic, that is very concerning.Reviewed Feb 23 2021

Pros:Terrible experience.Cons:Terrible experience - they gave away my car because my flight was delayed. They are located in the airport, they have access to the flight info. They could have easily figured out that my flight was delayed. There was no communication - they simply gave my car away and had nothing else available unless I wanted to pay double the price for an upgrade.Reviewed Oct 27 2020
