Book Hertz car rentals in Buenos Aires

Cons: According to Hertz the booking class was wrong. Got a lower class even though the reservation was for a better one

Cons: Good morning. I rent a intermediate car, Nissan Versa or similar. Hertz give me a Corsa, basic car. Incredible! Poor rent!

Cons: They are trying to charge me a $45 cleaning fee on the car. The car was turned in with a muddy exterior due to 24-hours of rainfall in the countryside, turning all dirt roads to mud. The car was tuned in with a full tank of gas with no damage, so I find this unacceptable.

Cons: Reservation no. H2663002721 Last name: Zemborain My experience with this Hertz rental was deplorable. First, I was not allowed to decline insurance coverage, as required by my credit card company to take advantage of their covering the rental, forcing me to accept Hertz' insurance with a U$S 1000 deductible. Second, even though my reservation through Kayak clearly stated that I was renting an "intermediate" car, Toyota Corolla or similar, I was given a much smaller and flimsier car, a Chevrolet Corsa, clearly not in the Intermediate league. When I complained, I was told that it was the only car available, and that the mix up was Kayak's fault. I wasn't even offered a discount or any other form of compensation.

No value for money

Pros: The reception persons were very kind and professional. Smooth process and fast. Both Pick up and drop off.

Cons: The car was very basic, Chevrolet Classic, not even electric locks or windows, scratched everywhere, more than 8 spots. For the intermediate class it is a joke, paid to much money for a rubbish car. I don't recommend it at all!

Pros: Car ran fine

Cons: Drop off was horrible. Overpriced. Didn't have any cars when we arrived. Had to book the car 4 hrs in the future and we had to wait at the airport until it was time.
