Not a Good Experience
Pros: Online booking not accepted, and the 1 car available had a bent rim. Had to drive the faulty car to another location to get a safe car. Lost an hour.

Pros: Gas mileage.
Cons: The guy at the Casa Grande AZ location was horrible. He didn't explain what exactly was covered. He seemed bothered by helping us and he rushed through everything even though we were the only ones there. He rushed through the inspection we had to point out stuff to him and he never entered it into the computer so when we returned the car to another location it didn't have any of the damage that happened before we got the car that he laughed about when he told us about it wasn't in the computer. We will never use that location again if we ever decide to use hertz again.
