Pros:NothingCons:I booked this reservation about a week before I arrived. Found out about 4 days before that I would be unable to keep the reservation. I could not cancel online and had to wait for 20 minutes to talk to a rep who tried to charge me $100 cancellation fee!! Ridiculous. Won't use Hertz again. I then told her it was covid related and she waived the $100. Guess a lie is what is required!!!!Reviewed Apr 14 2021

Pros:Dropping of and picking up was gray. Staff was great.Cons:Smelled like pigs. The Dodge van was the biggest piece of junk. Shook like a wooden rollercoaster, bounced like a trampoline, no USB plugs for phones. The radio controls where horrible. I would never buy one, or rent one.Reviewed Aug 19 2019
