Cons: Type of car requested was not available when we arrived. 30-45 minute wait, but did give us a smaller car that was available. Didn’t seem to know about the online booking offers and terms.
Pros: Loved the roominess and the service at the Hertz rental.. Employee was wonderful to work with and the price was great.
Cons: Car had sand in it like it had not been vacuumed out from the persons last trip.
Pros: The woman who helped me initially was wonderful, very helpful. The car was clean and the pick-up and drop-off process was very simple.
Cons: The car did not have cruise control. How do we live in 2017 and have cars that come without cruise control? It made my 18 hour trip somewhat less relaxing than it could have been.
Pros: Office was closed when I arrived so not much to rate. Drop was easy as I placed keys in the return box.
Great price and good car
Pros: Gas mileage was great. People at the office were nice and kind. Helped me spot defects in the car so I wouldn't get charged.
