Pros:the van had a dvd player in itCons:The van that was given was a older van, had over 30,000 miles on it. It drove awful seem liked it needed new tires and shocks on it. I did share with Hertz employee, she gave me a 30 off next rental, however, I will not be renting from them again. I usually use National will go back to them and pay the higher price for a better vehicle.Reviewed Feb 6 2017

Everything as expected.Pros:The rentals are so close to the gates. My flight was arriving at 10:30pm and the listing said the counter was closing at 11pm, so I had no problem with timing.Cons:This is a reach I know , but it would be good if I were warned on the website that since my flight and Hertz counter closing was so close together. And perhaps I would like to know more directly what it would mean if my flight was delayed . So just the extra precautionary preparation would have been good peace of mind.Reviewed Oct 10 2016

Revisit Pre-paid Fuel OptionPros:The people at the office were very courteous and took good care of me.Cons:I feel Hertz as a company should revisit the pre-paid fuel option. When I opted for this, it was not explained to me that I would not receive a refund for the fuel I had remaining in the tank. It turns out I didn't drive anywhere enough to make a sizable enough dent in the fuel tank for the full tank of gas I pre-purchased to be of any value. Making a policy that forces to people to pay you for what they didn't use is unethical and makes me question how that is legal. Thankfully, the people at the office worked it out for me, but I feel that policy is a bit of a scam.Reviewed Jul 6 2016
