No plan for a hurricanePros:Pick up was easy and the car was great. Gas mileage was super for my long trip. Enjoyed a comfortable ride.Cons:Someone didn’t think about the airport being closed when they put the drop box at the hertz counter. Budget was allowing their customers to leave keys in car, but I was told that I would be charged an unlock fee if I did that. So, I’m going to have to wait for airport to reopen so I can drive 45 minutes each way to take keys back to the hertz counter. will not be using hertz again.Reviewed Sep 14 2018

Pros:miss ashley was wonderful.. very re-assuring on the chance my flight was delayed that some arrangement would be made to still get access to my rental.. sure enough, flight delayed.. called to advise and scott said no worries he would be there.. miss ashley again was on my return day gave me precise directions back to the airport.. there she was like the mother bird bringing in her flock.. couldn't have had better or more pleasant service..Reviewed Aug 23 2017

Cons:I have been debited for a upgrade about which I was not informed. At pick up I was asked whether a Nissan (Altimate ?) was ok instead of the ordered Toyota Corolla . I did not know this type of car and it was not clear to me that this meant a price increase of $ 117 Later on back home, I found out the extra price. Moreover I have been charged for late return since I picked up at 09.39 pm and returned the car at 2.49 am although I have been charged for an extra day as well !!!! POOR SERVICEReviewed May 26 2017
