Cons:I had rented the vehicle three weeks before I got there and it was confirmed on rental cars.com but when I got to hertz they told me they had no vehicle for me nor did they even care so I called rental cars.com and they told me since I didn’t pay for it upfront there’s really no reason they felt responsible that I should have one. That’s how Hertz and rental cars.com treated me.Reviewed Mar 31 2021
