Cons:I arranged for a 5 am pickup. There was no shuttle. I was then waiting for the office to open at 6am as was posted at the office. By 6:10 there was still no one. I rented a vehicle from Avis. I will not be using hertz again.Reviewed May 24 2021

Pros:I enjoyed leaving and never rent anything with hettzCons:When I removed the car the employee said that the car was new and had no defects, including the marking sheet showed no malfunctions. Pros:The staff was friendly and the car was nice.Cons:The wait was quite long getting the car. I was told it was easy to see the gas station at the airport upon the return but I didn’t. Someone from another rental helped me find it and actually rode with me. And they charged my credit card a $1300 deposit but haven’t credited it yet as promised.Reviewed Jul 20 2019

Pros:Car wasn’t filled with gas. Had to to fight with Hertz about that. Didn’t believe me that I’d received an empty vehicle. Also over charged fur insurance.Reviewed May 8 2019

Did not receive our carPros:NothingCons:We came to the counter around 8am when we were supposed to pick up our car and they didn’t even what we ordered. So we waited because their systems were down. We waited over 45 minutes and still no car. We need to leave the airport around 9am to be able to make it to something we had planned. So we had to leave hertz and go to another rental company. We were 30 mins late to something that was very important. We were very unsatified with our service. Hertz made us late to something we needed to be on time too.Reviewed Oct 8 2017

Great Service; Misleading PricePros:Everything about the experience was very easy and professional. The attendant was knowledgeable and articulate. The vehicle was easily accessed and the return procedure was smooth and efficient.Cons:I realize the car rental business does not face the stringent fee transparency rules of airlines, but the difference in booked versus actual rate is ridiculous.
