The communcation was awful!
Pros: Nothing at all
Cons: First off, the communication between you and Hertz were non-existent. Why did I have to pay for 2 different insurances? The car I ordered was not the car I got as well. Overall I had to pay like $800-900. I sendt you an e-mail many days ago, but havent recieved an answer.
Very helpful front desk staff.
Pros: I expected opening time to be busy, but Vada was working the front desk and greeted everyone that came in while making the person she was helping feel she focused on them. The wait was short and she was so pleasant and efficient.
Pros: Great service, great car. Would use them again.

Pros: After reading reviews, I was very skeptical but I had already paid my nonreturnable deposit so I didn't want to cancel. Jeff and Michelle at Markland Ave. location were great! No complaints at all, car was even better than I expected....Thank you so much!
