They scammed me out of the additional insurancePros:The car itself was nice.Cons:I filled out the information online declining all insurance - when I got there they just filled it out how they wanted to and told me they were comp'ing me a day and giving me additional insurance at no cost. THEY LIED. It came up as an additional charge on my CC and I called back - they keep giving me the guys voice mail. NEVER NEVER again. There are many car rental places close to me - I don't have to go to Hertz.Reviewed Jul 18 2017

Cons:I selected this location because it was cheaper than the airport. However, when I arrived, the person helping me told me to wait because he was on the conference call. I must have looked at him strange because he began to work on the computer to get me set up for the car I reserved. He told me that he would bring the car around the front for us to do a walk through. I waited outside for 5 minutes for him to bring one car from around the side of the same building. When he pulled up, he sat in the car and talked on his phone. He finishes his call and proceeds to walk me around the car to inspect for damages. I didn't see any, but when I opened the door to put my items inside, it reeked of cigarette smoke. So much so, that I promptly went back inside and said that the car smelled of smoke and I didn't want to be accused of smoking in the car and be charged because of it. I asked him did he smell the smoke when he drove the car around. He replied, "Yeah, I smelled it a little." I asked if there was another car available. This one had damages to the outside, but didn't smell as bed as the other car. I think that the airport fees might have been worth the hassle this time.Reviewed May 29 2017

They need more employeesCons:I rented the car to be picked up at noon but could not get a car until 1pm. I along with others waited for a very long time. There was only person working. It was such an inconvenience because I did not expect to be waiting for an hour to pick up a car. If I am told I will receive a car at a certain time, I would like to receive it at that time.Reviewed Dec 31 2016
