Cons: Had to pay more because they didn't have an economy car as reserved online.

Pros: Very easy process
Cons: I dropped the car off at the body shop that fixed my car and a young lady from the place I rented the car told me that I would have to go back and get it because they were not authorized with them. I thought about it and call back and spoke with someone else and she said oh no problem one of our other offices will pick it up for up. Thank you and have a great day. Had I listen to the first associate I would have had to drive 40 minutes from my job for nothing.
Cons: Location only had one car, was not the car I reserved, customer service at location was terrible, employees were on cellphones, lack professional skills.

They need more employees
Cons: I rented the car to be picked up at noon but could not get a car until 1pm. I along with others waited for a very long time. There was only person working. It was such an inconvenience because I did not expect to be waiting for an hour to pick up a car. If I am told I will receive a car at a certain time, I would like to receive it at that time.

Cons: I selected this location because it was cheaper than the airport. However, when I arrived, the person helping me told me to wait because he was on the conference call. I must have looked at him strange because he began to work on the computer to get me set up for the car I reserved. He told me that he would bring the car around the front for us to do a walk through. I waited outside for 5 minutes for him to bring one car from around the side of the same building. When he pulled up, he sat in the car and talked on his phone. He finishes his call and proceeds to walk me around the car to inspect for damages. I didn't see any, but when I opened the door to put my items inside, it reeked of cigarette smoke. So much so, that I promptly went back inside and said that the car smelled of smoke and I didn't want to be accused of smoking in the car and be charged because of it. I asked him did he smell the smoke when he drove the car around. He replied, "Yeah, I smelled it a little." I asked if there was another car available. This one had damages to the outside, but didn't smell as bed as the other car. I think that the airport fees might have been worth the hassle this time.
