Cons: Arrived at Hertz Palmdale as per directions at 12:30pm . I was initially served by Ms. Daisha Bates at approximately 1:45pm . Auto was delivered with front License Plate bent possible damage from Car Wash ? Interior smelled of tobacco and a cigarette butt was found on the floor. Left at 2:45pm .

Pros: The staff was very friendly and professional
Cons: I waited over an hour to get the car that I wanted,.although I was not in a rush I would have liked for this process to have been a little quicker, seeing how I gave all of the information online.

Really good.
Pros: I love Hertz, they gave me a dang good car and honored my AAA membership, so I didn't have to pay the under 25 fee. Who else does that? 10/10, would rent again.

Hertz in Palmdale Sucks
Pros: I liked the value for my money.
Cons: The inside and outside of the car was dirty when i went to pick up the vehicle. The people out the counter are slow, took 30 minutes for me to check out the car.

Pros: Joe the manager did a good job
Cons: When I arrived there were no cars. I told them that I had already paid for the rental. They said sorry they always over book. I would have to call the 1800 number but no one is there on the weekend which is not a way to do business. As we were driving away the representative ran out to let us know someone just turned in a car. Also this store is so busy that it took a long time to get checked out because they were answering phone calls. I rented a car for 3days and Charged me a late drop off even though I was still within my third day. NOT HAPPY

Smokey non Smoking Car
Pros: The only I liked was the price of my rental.
Cons: Car wasn't ready. Car stunk like an Ash tray and the interior was very dirty. I had to pay for an upgrade In order to take a vehicle when I arrived!!

Really good.
