2 cars hired. The Kia drove better than the Peugeot, and the Peugeot did not have ground clearance for ramps into driveways to houses and services. The Kia was better to drive. Only problem at check in was they would only allow two drivers per vehicle (Hertz rules allow this), but it was very late to argue. Good experience otherwise - recommended.Reviewed Nov 2 2024

The staff was friendly enough. The 2cars were too small for our needs. We exchanged one of two of the cars for a larger vehicle. We had to pay of corse but, the wait was a very long time! We had a party of 10 that endured the heat during the wait. In the end we worked it out. Interesting experience to say the least. The insurance that was sold to us turned was third party and we shouldn’t have purchased it. Oh well, live and learn!!Reviewed Jun 23 2024

The car was small, but adequate, and ran without any problems. The problems were that the rental counter was understaffed and incredibly slow. There were 5 people in line when I arrived at the counter, and it took 2 hours to get a car which I had reserved online. Despite having an online reservation, I had to fill out all of my information on paper when I arrived. The staff had to go out to each car multiple times to check things on the car instead of having parking lot staff inspect the cars and communicate with the office staff electronically. The staff were friendly and appoligetic for the long waits to pick up and drop off the car, but the system which management has implemented is outdated and insufficient for the number of visitors who arrive on a large plane. The mileage fee of about $1 per mile, on top of a high weekly rate seemed exorbident.Reviewed Apr 10 2024

Cons:Somehow I didn’t realize I ordered a car that changed for every kilometer until I was very tired, out of time and just trying to get to my destination before dark. It ended up being about 60 USD daily on average so not too horrible. I was fortunate in that the car I’d ordered wasn’t ready (I’d gotten an earlier flight) so she graciously offered me an upgrade. On another note, the car is clearly a rental so, not sure if it was the typical island drivers or what, but I got pushed around a lot. Tailgated, almost run off the road, but I was doing the speed limit so who knows.Reviewed May 27 2021

Cons:We booked the car online for a Sunday. It was confirmed online. Sunday comes around, cant get ahold of anyone. Come to find out hertz was closed on sunday. Why would your site even let us rent a car for a date that the car rental company is closed. Furthermore why would your site even confirmed the rental if the company is closed that day.
