I am always disappointed in the hertz in Hoover. Unfortunately it’s the only one close. The Kia I was first going to get was empty and a bit dirty. I took it back and asked for a different car I would wait for it to be cleaned since they said they had one but it would be an upgrade and needed to be cleaned. I paid the extra $30 and drove the Malibu to the airport. Just wasn’t a great experience. I’m unsure if it’s the location or drops offs, however the ppl seemed nice but overwhelmed.Reviewed Jun 1 2024

I made a reservation for Friday am at 8 am several days in advance. After waiting in line about 15 minutes, they told me that they were still waiting for cars and didn’t have one for me and they would unlikely have one that day. I understand things happen but there was no communication that they could not fulfill the reservation. Very disappointing to say the least.Reviewed Feb 25 2024

Hertz didn't have my reservation. Enterprise asked me to come back in a hour/...Caleb was wonderful to work with and had me in a car within the hour and made me feel like i was doing him a favor instead of the other way around, I will use him and enterprise from here on out.Reviewed Sep 25 2023

The Nissan Rogue which I ended up with does not have the most awesome seats for a long drive... and the GPS (several times) didn't have a clue as to where we were or how to get where we were going... phone navigation saved the day...Reviewed Dec 8 2021
