Cons: The office closed at my reservation time of noon. I couldn't get my car and had to borrow a car for the 3 day weekend

Great Service. Poor Product.

Pros: Hertz staff was helpful, timely, and efficient.

Cons: Vehicle was of poor quality and lacked certain basic features, such as cruise control and coat hooks in the rear seating area. I expected a Ford Focus and the Mitsubishi Mirage was a disappointment.

Cons: We picked up the car the day of our reservation. The cost was final, taxes and charges included. When we arrived at the agency, we were charged $90 extra because the type of car requested was not available at that agency. We were told that we were supposed to have called the agency after we reserved the car to make sure that they had that type of car. Nothing was mentioned on the website to warn us about that. So we had to pay the upgrade. For sure, we will not go back to this rent at Herz again.
