Next time my vehicle is in the shop, I know where I'm going...
Pros: Representative was very friendly. I went over the car with meticulous detail, but the rep said they only care about major damage - new scratches, dents, etc. Made me feel a bot easier about using my own insurance. Car was spotless and fun to drive
Cons: Wish there was drop-off/pickup service. Location wasn't the most convenient to get to. More signage needed in the mall for the company.
