I was scheduled for a 12 pick up and they closed at 12! I was admittedly 10-15 min late however I didn't get the car. I am not sure why they allowed a pick up time that was technically when they were closed.Reviewed Dec 28 2023

Cons:--instruction manual should be IN the car --remind the "pick-up" attendants to look at the person they are assisting in the moment --have "drop-off" office open on WEEKENDS. It's not fair to charge 2 extra days when the renter is late returning on a Friday AFTER 5:30 !!!Reviewed May 15 2021

Pros:The team in San Rafael was very accommodating getting me into a great car last minute when Enterprise could not honor my reservation. Excellent experience all the way around!Pros:They took great care of us! The manager, Steve went above and beyond. We were in and out of there in five minutes with a car that exceeded all expectations. This was a much different experience than our normal rental car experiences.
