I picked up the car at MCO, Orlando International Airport. My friend dropped me off at Arrivals and I followed the signs that said "Rental Car Pick Up" and it took me down one level and across the street, but I ended up needing to go down another level back across the street to where I was literally just at. I was carrying all of my stuff and was very annoyed that I had to go back and forth. The signs should be more clear as to where to go to get your rental car.Reviewed Sep 26 2022

I paid for the booking in advance, and still ended up having to pay $183 USD after the fact. Some of this was prepaid for gas, but that would only come to about $80. So, overall I was not impressed with Hertz.Reviewed May 24 2022

The airport had one line for Dollar and one for Hertz. The agents were helping people from both lines. There was a long line for Dollar customers and not for Hertz. Those in the dollar line kept stepping in front of me in the Hertz line to be waited on.Reviewed May 24 2022

I think it’s weird that the insurance is through a completely separate company. Hertz asked if I wanted insurance, I said I had paid for it already but it wasn’t on their file. I understand why they didn’t see it, but I think it’s weird. I was second guessing whether I was covered or not / if I did it correctly. It would have been nice if Hertz had know I bought third party insurance I would have felt better (if it was on their file).Reviewed May 8 2022
