Pros: Excellent service in Seward! The staff were very helpful and informative. She also gave us great tips on places to visit.
Cons: Costs were not very clear when we booked initially. Was not aware of the drop-off cost.

Pros: Car functioned well, was clean and comfortable. We needed more trunk room for the luggage for three people, but we used half of the backseat.
Cons: Trunk room, but that was a function of getting a Corolla

Cons: Price seemed expensive. They have no competition in Seward, AK, so that keeps the prices high.
Pros: Seward pickup from cruise was well run. In and out very quickly. No issues with car.
Cons: drop off in Anchorage was understaffed. One guy and he did not even have any computer equipment. I had to write down mileage #, felt like I was back in time 30 years ago.
