Car rental at Kenai Airport

You must be able to present the agent with a copy of a valid driver's license when renting a car at Kenai Airport. If you have additional drivers, they'll need to show their licenses too. If you're not from the United States, it is best to have an international driver's permit with you. Foreign drivers might also be asked to present a passport or another form of identification.

At this location, you can pay for your car rental with a major credit card such as one from American Express, MasterCard or Visa. You'll also need to show the credit card that you used to book your rental car even if you don't want to use that card to pay for your car. Debit cards are not accepted in place of a credit card. However, if you want, they might be willing to put a hold on your credit card and once the rental car contract is complete, you can pay for it with a debit card.

Kenai Airport offers an array of amenities for you to enjoy while you're at the facility. There are ATM machines for quick money withdrawal, complimentary luggage carts, an airport lounge, and shops that specialize in goods made in Alaska. If you're traveling with a pet, there is a pet relief area outside of the terminal lobby. This is fenced-in so your pet can stretch its legs and get a little exercise.

Car rental companies that offer shuttle or pick-up services from Kenai airport to off-airport locations include Avis, and Budget.
