Pros: I was in to pick up a vacation rental and it took all of 5 minutes to get set up.
Cons: The only issues I had was that my rental had some superficial scratches on it....most people wouldn't probably notice though. I'm ocd with cars. The lady helping me documented everything for my peace of mind.

Pros: Was, super easy to deal with them, made very pleasant experience.

Cons: car had damage to be noted on departure, tag had out-of-date stickers (not noticed until after departure)
Cons: Car smells like smoke. Headache.
