Pros: Did their job OK. More through then some others and less friendly then some others.

Cons: we asked for a compact car and they gave us a Camero - not anything close to what we asked for. It was uncomfortable - hard to drive - and not enjoyable at all.

Really bad start
Pros: Car was acceptable.
Cons: Arrived in Yuma promptly at 4pm for pickup. Hertz counter very busy. They had NO CAR for me. I was not very happy. Told me I could hang around airport and wait to see if something came in they could give me or I could try another rental company!!!! How long do I have to wait I asked? I was told they couldn't tell me if it would be an hour or a day and they would call me when something showed up they could give me.. Friends had driven me to pick up the car so we left. I called as soon as I got back to my accommodations and they advised they now had a car for me so we had to go back to the airport to pick it up. It was a very stressful situation as I had to be in San Diego early next morning.

Didn't hava a car for us. We waited 6.5 hrs then went elsewhere.
Pros: They finally referred us to Enterprise
Cons: We had a reservation and 6.5 hrs after our scheduled reservation they still had no cars. They said they were waiting for 12 cars to be returned that day. Finally went to Enterprise.

Poor service
Pros: I was not pleased with any of my service.
Cons: I was given the run around. I was told I could pick up my car after 4pm after calling the 800#. The problem was that they closed at 4pm. I was not able to rent the car. I called the 800 # again and they said to call the Hertz at the airport in Phoenix. They offered to help but still couldn't give a refund or rental for same rate. I went elsewhere for my service.
