Pros:Good deal
Cons:Waited in line for 1 hour to pick up car.
Pros:Took less than 2 minutes the whole process!
Pros:Pick up and drop off was simple. Car was brand new. Clean. Will use Hertz in the future.
Pros:Nothing. I made a reservation a month in advance. A few days before my trip, Hertz phoned to say they had no car for me.
Cons:I could have gotten the car I reserved. I ended up finding a U Haul moving van. It was a bad experience in every way. I thought I was in a Seinfeld episode. They took the reservation, but did not keep the reservation!

Cons:I ordered the vehicle online and payed for it then. We called the day before to be sure they'll have our vehicle ready to take our trip the next day. They then tell us we needed a major credit card, we don't have credit cards. So I called corporate and the lady said they would transfer my vehicle to another location and would keep the same price. We go there the next day to pick up the vehicle and the price was $200 more plus the $200 holding fee. I then called corporate again and they said they will listen to the tape to see if the lady said the price would stay the same and still to this day no phone call back.
Pros:We like the fast pick up and drop off.
