We landed at the airport and Hertz did not have any cars for numerous customers who had valid reservations.

We paid for a Honda Accord or similar, and when we arrived, we were told we were to get a Corolla. Not a "similar" vehicle. When pressed, we were offered a Nissan Altima. Again, not a reasonable comparison. We should have been offered an "upgrade" to a full-size or, at very least, something more premium. Anyway, the staff were nice.

I was in the car within 10 minutes of walking into the office. Car was new and clean and nice to drive.

Car was same as booked. Clean . Good on gas. Comfortable easy to operate . Drop off was a breeze . Only negative was the long line at pick up but in fairness we were all coming off the same cruise ship.

Nice car, but it says you can change drop off spot, but none were available. There were 3 locations that would have been closer. I'll admit I choose the wrong location, but don't advertise you can change location and not be available

Cost was high, did not have the vehicle we requested in the reservation. Gave us a Hyndai instead of a Camry. Told us we needed to be gold members to avoid the line, even though they were just standing around waiting for customers.

The Custmer service Rep at the vounter was very helpful. Xdhe slready knee that the car I reserved won’t fit our needs. She already had a different SUV for us. She explained to us in terms that were not demanding. So we went with her suggestion, the Grand Cherokee. And we had a very good time and fun in our trip. We didn’t have to worry about driving in the snow since its a 4 wheel drive. 👍🙂
