Pros:Drop off was, Pull up unload and get going. Very easy
Cons:Have insurance policy collected prior to arrival would be great. I could not find mine and it was frustrating. It was my fault thinking it would be ok to just use company insurance.
You should remove the option for Ft Wayne airport return. Hertz is not at the airport - I had to ask the protocol from the other car rental companies that basically said “ this is hertz MO” to charge the extra fee. Thankfully I didn’t have a flight - just a return. Had to drive to a downtown location (closed) to return on time.
Pros:I want my money back I never rented one
Cons:I keep telling you that cancelled it and I never got to rent a car and can’t get refunded because you guys aren’t human.
Cons:The car smelled like sweat and Asian food. 15 minutes in I had a headache and when I got to where I was going my clothes smelled like it.
Pros:Pick up staff were super helpful. The car was clean and newer:
Cons:Nothing. Johnny at the Columbus return center was very friendly and helpful!

Cons:I feel like I got tricked into the coverage question. I had no choice but to choose a coverage.
