This was my first and last time with Hertz, bad customer service. I had booked my Car and paid 2 weeks before and when I went to get the Car they said Car is not available. Also, this was all when they made us wait for 30 minutes.

Tried to call repeatedly and online, needed to pick up car earlier than the 9:00pm. Tried numerous times to get through, didn’t happen. Went in to pick up 15 minutes before to pick it up and the counter was closed. The next morning at 8:00 went in. The F150 reserved had been rented- not available- only had a big dodge 250. I had requested a vehicle with good suspension, because my spine is fused too to bottom. We have a dodge 250, that’s why I was renting a smooth ride. Didn’t happen. I’m disappointed and will go back to enterprise. Poor customer service and hours are not always accurate 👎

I'm still waiting on my refund. I picked the car up at 10:15 am on 10/30. I returned the car at 1:30ish same day. I only drove it less than 2 miles. I purchased a car 1 block east of the rental place and returned it the same day. I spoke with someone at Expefia and they are working on this.

There were no cars even though multiple people had reservations. The men staffing had no other options to offer, help, or information. People were stranded or had to pay higher prices at other companies if they wanted a car. Don’t book with Hertz, they don’t honor reservations.

Office was closed prior to our arrival, no communication, hours indicated open until 8pm, staff left at 230. Terrible customer service

I booked Hertz on Kayak under the impression there was free cancellation. Expedia swooped the reservation and when I went to cancel 48 hours prior the charged me $156. I call total BS. Please look into it. You obviously have the reservation details as you asked me to rate the service.
