Pros:Car ran well, good milage, car was able to reach high elevations in Oregon Mountains and good brakes for coming down mountains. The rate was excellent.
Cons:No windshield washer fluid at all. Windows were dirty inside and out, customer representative tried to clean them but it needed more.
Pros:Pick up staff was friendly and quick, drop off was early morning so we were able to drive up and leave the car
Cons:The only option was to prepay an entire tank of gas and I barely used any during my stay. My experience with other rental car companies (Enterprise, etc.) is that you just prepay for the amount of gas you use which is more logical.
Pros:pick up & drop off went smoothly.. so far no additional charges as other people have experienced so.... car was in great shape.
Quick and efficient communication concerning pick up and return of car. Will use again.

Cons:I booked my car online and paid in advance. Set my reservation for 5pm. When I got there hertz was closed and the employee still there in formed me that they close at 5pm and the computers are shut down and I'm out of luck. Got no car, no remorse, no explanation for why I'm able to make a reservation for 5pm when they close, and said I would likely not even get a refund.
Pros:It was a very quick process to pick up the car at the airport in Eugene. Probably the fastest experience I’ve had with her to yet. It must’ve been my timing but there was nobody else in line and I walked right up and we were done in a very quick amount of time.
Cons:The interior and exterior windows were only wiped haphazardly. It was clear the exterior of the car has been washed, but all the water drops that had been left on the windows produced a film that Made it hard for me to see in the bright sunshine late afternoon.I had to go to the nearest gas station and completely clean the interior and exterior windows myself. The interior windows were so covered in haze that I was concerned for my safety. I went to the nearest gas station and re-cleaned them properly.
Called me morning of my reservation to tell me they had no cars. Really screwed me.
Cons:...WiFi hotspot password was not provided for us to use...vehicle internal road noise inhibits conversation...drives like it has no power steering...engine sometimes shuts off (by design)when stopped at signals...music volume arbitrarily lowers...recurring display message about keeping eyes on road.
