Pros:Easy checkout. Customer service was very good. Good price for a one way rental. Actually, the only reasonable rate I could find.

Pros:Staff was very helpful and accommodating had a layover more or less until my ride got me from the drop off location and the staff were very pleasant to chat with and welcoming
Cons:Did not like the modify portion of my booking, to add two more days onto my rental world have more than doubled my original cost, and was definitely less than returning and starting a whole new week long rental. I get that its probably built into the computer program but daaang

Cons:Do not rent from this company. As many before me have said it 'HURTS TO RENT FROM HERTZ". After telling the agent I did not want any type of additional coverage because I'm fully covered by my insurance and credit card he put it in anyway. Called corporate and they rudely said tough.

Cons:The driver's seat back was curved for someone with narrow shoulders. It forced my shoulders forward.

They did not have our car ready at the time it was reserved, and did not have an idea of when it would be ready. Therefore, we had to make alternate travel arrangements the same day, over the holidays, which was a huge issue.
